This place is a bit tricky to find and parking is sorta tough. We had to park pretty far away just to find a decent spot. The next issue at hand is they are up a huge flight of stairs with NO elevator or ramp access. Disabled people may have a slight problem getting in, but I know they are willing to run out medication to a handicap patient. Once you get past those two issues there is a really nice co-op to be found. They have an armed security guard at the door and the usual buzzer to get in at the door.
The waiting room here is a bit small and could use some decor and entertainment. The medication room here has a very lived in feel. The room has beautiful wooden floors and a very spacious feel.They had a nice calming waterfall and all in all a cool set up. The way they work it is one display case is dedicated to flowers and one is strictly edibles. As for the edibles they carry chocolate, muffins, cookies, brownies and some other baked goods. These guys really have a nice selection of strains . I saw Gods Gift, Sweet and Sour Diesel, Trainwreck, Champagne, Durban Poison, and a couple of dank looking Kush varietys. They also have a good selection ofconcentrates to choose from. As for me my favorite was the Durban Poison by far. An amazing 100% sativa that tastes like sweet licorice. It really has such a unique uplifiting cerebral high. I was also really impressed with their Trainwreck and Champagne.
All in all HSCC really suprised me for a fairly new co-op. Really top shelf meds and very helpful knowledgable staff. If your out in the Belmont Shores, Long Beach area, make sure to give HSCC a visit and try the Durban Posion. Trust me, you'll thank me later....that is if you dont forget.
